摘要
目的分析终末期糖尿病伴肾功能衰竭患者行胰肾联合移植术后肺部感染的发生与防治经验。方法对胰肾联合移植6例患者进行分析。结果4例术后发生肺部感染,其中2例分别为巨细胞病毒和艰难羧菌感染者成功治愈;2例分别为大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌感染者,因呼吸衰竭死亡。结论胰肾联合移植术后并发肺部感染的防治,重在积极预防,术后一旦出现肺部感染,大幅削减免疫抑制剂量对提高抢救成功率尤为重要。
OBJECTIVE To summarize the methods and experiences of how to prevent and treat pneumonia after pancrease-kidney transplantation. METHODS To analyze 4 cases with pneumonia after the operation in 6 patients with end-stage diabetes and pancrease-kidney transplantation. RESULTS In 4 patients with pneumonia after pancrease-kidney transplantation, 2 patients with CMV and Clostridium difficile infection were cured successfully and the other 2 with Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus infection died of respiratory failure. CONCLUSIONS It is very important to take a series of prevention steps around the period of operation to prevent lung infection. Once pneumonia occurred after pancrease-kidrfey transplantation, suppressive medicine must be reduced.
