摘要
钢、钛等高熔点材料的搅拌摩擦焊是目前搅拌摩擦焊技术的研究热点,但由于焊具的限制使高熔点材料搅拌摩擦焊存在较大难度。从材料选择、结构设计、磨损及破坏等方面出发,阐述了高熔点材料搅拌摩擦焊用焊具的研究进展,给出其基本设计原则和思想,指出选择合理的焊具材料和结构设计是成功实现高熔点材料搅拌摩擦焊的关键。
At present,friction stir welding(FSW)of high melting point materials(HMPM)such as steel,titanium is the hotspot of FSW technology.However,there is much difficulty in FSW for HMPM because of welding tool limitations.The research status of rotational tools used for FSW of HMPM was introduced from the aspects of materials selection,structure design,wear and failure behavior.The basic design principles and ideas were given.It is pointed out that the proper tool materials selection and structure design is vital to FSW of HMPM.
