摘要
构建和谐高校已成为社会各界关注的热点问题之一。本文从当前高校普遍存在的不和谐因素的表现、高校不和谐因素产生的原因及和谐高校构建对策的建议入手,针对当前高校的和谐构建进行了较为深入的探讨。
Nowadays, the construction of harmonious universities has become a hot issue which was concentrated by all walks of the society. This essay makes an investigation of the construction of harmonious universities according to the universal disharmony and reasons cause disharmonious phenomenon in universities. The author also gives some suggestions about how to eliminate the main obstacles.
