摘要
公正退稿是科技期刊编辑挽留作者、谋求期刊发展的明智之举。通过阐述正确处理不用稿件的必要性,说明编辑退稿并非小事。认为:退稿既要注重公正性,又要注重操作技巧,还要谨防受不良心态的干扰;只有坚持公正退稿,才能实现稳定作者队伍的工作目标。
Fair rejection is a wise way to maintain the authorship and thrther develop the journal. The necessity of correctly handling the unqualified papers is explained and the author holds that the rejection is a challenging job for editors. The rejection should be fair and in the meanwhile should be skillful. Only by fair rejection the authorship for the journal can be maintained.
