摘要
本文应用二维多普勒超声心动图，对116例以二尖瓣狭窄为主的风湿性心脏病患者经皮二尖瓣球囊成形术（PBMV）前后有关参数的对比研究，结果表明：术后左房室缩小（P＜0．01），二尖瓣瓣口面积（MVA）增大（P＜0．01），二尖瓣瓣口最大血流速度减慢（P＜0．001），二尖瓣口蹄瓣压差（△P）降低（P＜0．01）；提示二维多普超声心动图可作为PBMV术前病例选择、术后疗效评价的简便、无创、可靠的诊断手段，具有临床实用价值。
This article makes a comparative study on relavant indexes of TDDE 116 cases of rheumatic heart disease characterilired with mitral stenosis before and after PBMV. The results show that:after PBMV,the left atrium decreased (P<0. 01), MVA increased (P<0. 01), Vmax slowed down (P<0. 01), PG desented(P<0. 01). From this, a conclusion can be made that TDDE should be taken for case selection before PBMV, which means TDDE is a convenient, noninvasive and reliable diagnostic method and is valuable in clinical application.
