摘要
改革开放以来,中国各省市都在积极引进国外技术,以期促进本地区的技术进步和经济增长,四川也不例外。利用四川省2000-2004年的相关数据分析技术引进对三次产业技术进步的贡献,结果表明：技术引进对产业的影响是积极的,但不十分显著。技术引进和技术外溢的时滞效应、国内企业对引进技术的消化吸收效果不明显、引进技术质量低以及结构不合理等应是引起该结果的主要原因。
Since the reform and opening up to the outside world,provinces in China,including Sichuan Province,have been active in introducing foreign technology in order to promote the technology progress and economic growth of the local areas.The paper explores how technology import from 2000 to 2004 in Sichuan Province contributed to the technology progress of three industries and finds that technology import has an insignificantly positive effect on industries.The paper finally analyzes the causes of the inefficient technology import,including the hysteresis effect of technology import and spillover,insufficient digestion and assimilation of imported technology,low quality of imported technology and unreasonable structure.
