摘要
通过对直升机舱门锁工作机理的研究,提出了直升机舱门锁紧机构的设计方案,利用Pro/E建模和装配,对直升机舱门锁紧机构进行了虚拟设计,并运用Pro/E的mechanism模块进行了运动仿真,通过分析仿真结果,对锁紧机构进行了优化设计,结果表明该舱门锁紧机构设计是可行的。
Through researching on working principle of helicopter dome locking machine, a design scheme about locking machine is put forward. By modeling and virtual assembly in Pro/E,the locking machine virtual design is estiblished. Moreover using of mechanism modules, the Kinematics simulation and optimal design is put up. The simulation results show that the locking machine design is feasible.
