摘要
在对DDS输出信号经D/A转换后的频谱特性进行分析的基础上,提出了一种幅频特性补偿方法。该方法利用LC并联电路在谐振点能够对信号进行放大的特点来补偿D/A转换引起的信号幅度衰减,从而提高DDS输出信号的幅度特性。实验结果表明此方法在0 Hz^40 MHz频率范围内可提高输出信号平坦度2 dB左右。
The amplitude-frequency characteristic of DDS signal is analyzed after D/A conversion firstly. Then a method for improving amplitude-frequency characteristic is put forward. This method is based on characteristic of LC parallel circuits that signal can be amplified at resonance frequency. By this method, amplitude attenuation caused by D/A conversion is compensated; amplitude frequency characteristic of DDS signal is improved. The experiment results indicate that amplitude flatness of arbitrary waveform generator is increased by about 2 dB at 0 Hz - 40 MHz.
