摘要
网络为读者提供了与图书馆沟通、交流的虚拟平台,网上留言可以让图书馆便捷地收到读者反馈的信息。从读者留言的内容分析,阐述了读者网上留言的作用,并以此为参照改善提高图书馆的服务质量。
Network provides a flat for mutual communication between readers and library. The readers can leave message online convenient, through it the library may receive the information about what the readers want. This paper analyses the content of leave message, expounds its effect ,We should improve the service according to the feedback of readers.
