摘要
为探讨接骨续筋胶囊促进骨折愈合的机制。将新西兰大白兔108只,随机取18只作为假手术组,其余90只制作骨折模型后再分为5组:分别为模型组,对照组。接骨续筋胶囊低、中、高剂量组,每组18只。观察不同时期接骨续筋胶囊对骨痂微血管计数及骨折肢体血流量的影响。结果显示,骨痂微血管密度接骨续筋胶囊各剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);骨折肢体血流量除术后第4周以外接骨续筋胶囊各剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。表明接骨续筋胶囊能够促进骨痂微血管形成,改善骨折肢体血液循环,从而促进骨折愈合。
In order to explore the mechanism of JIEGUXUJINJIAONANG(JGXJJN,a TCM granular preparation to promote union of fracture)to accelerate the concrescence of fracture.108 New Zealand rabbits were used in this experiment.18 rabbits were divided randomly into pseudo-operative group at first.The rest were made to establish fracture model in the right radius and then divided randomly into 5 groups(model group,control group,low dose,middle dose and high dose groups of JGXJJN),18 each group.The influence of JGXJJN on miscrovessel density and the blood stream of the extremity at different times in the course of bone healing were observed.It showed that JGXJJN groups were sigficantly lower than the model groups in miscrovessel densities(P<0.01 or P<0.05);each JGXJJN group showed the marked differences compared with the model group(P<0.01 or P<0.05)in the blood stream of the extremity except for the end of the 4th week.It indicated that JGXJJN could accelerate the vascularization,facilitate the blood circulation of the fractured extremity and promote the fracture-healing.
