摘要
视频监控系统进入了数字化、网络化、智能化时代。从客专视频监控系统需求出发,引入智能视频技术,讨论其先进性,并针对客专视频监控系统建设,论述智能监控系统服务客专的可行性,并展望了智能监控系统在客专建设中的应用前景。
Video monitoring system （VMS） has entered a time of being digital, intelligent and networked. From the demands of VMS in passenger special railway, intelligent video technology was introduced and its advance was discussed. As for the construction of VMS for passenger special railway, the feasibility of such an intelligent VMS was discussed and its application in the construction of passenger special railway is prospected.
