摘要
为了解决非调质钢N80套管的脆断问题,对失效的非调质钢36Mn2V制造的N80套管进行了检测和分析,找出其失效原因是套管生产工艺不合理,导致其组织不佳、韧性差。为此,采用940℃、40min正火工艺对套管进行处理,使其强韧性得到良好配合。
The failure casing of 36Mn2V steel was examined to resolve the brittle crack problem of this nonquenched and tempered steel. The unreasonable technology was the main reason to reduce the bad microstructure and toughness. At last, the optimizal heat treatment process was put forward of 940℃ and 44 minutes normalizing, and good properties of N80 casing was obtained.
