摘要
在近代结构疲劳寿命预测方法的基础上，运用可靠性理论导出了轴类构件疲劳寿命的可靠性预测公式，同时针对我国货车车轴的特点建立了一种检修周期与检修限度可靠性分析模型．并以我国货车RD2轴为例进行了疲劳寿命预测及检修周期与检修限度的分析，得到了令人满意的结果．
In this paper, on the basis of the method of fatigue life prediction for the structure, the formulas for the reliability of fatigue life precdition is given. Meanwhile, based on the characters of shaft used for a railway car, a model for reliability analysis of the repair period and the repair limit is presented. By using the method, the shaft Type RD, is analysed, and the satisfactory results are obtained.
