摘要
测量了不同工况下湍球塔的阻力数据,给出了气体速度与湍球塔阻力的关系曲线;静止床层高度与湍球塔阻力的关系曲线;床层膨胀高度与塔内气速的关系曲线;喷淋水量与湍球塔阻力的关系曲线,得出了实验条件下端球塔阻力的经验公式。结果表明湍球塔阻力小于1200Pa时,气、液、固三相能够充分接触,为热态试验取得较高的脱硫效率和除尘效率奠定了基础。
The resistance of turbulent contact absorber (TCA) in different conditions is measured. The relation curves between the resistance and the air speed of TCA, the resistance of TCA and the height of still stuffing, the air speed of TCA and the height of expanded stuffing, and the curve between the resistance of TCA and the spraying quantity of water are given. The experience formula of deciding the resistance of TCA is founded. The results show that the gas, liquid, solid can fully contact with each others when the resistance of TCA is lower than 1 200 Pa.
