摘要
近40余年以来,有关β2糖蛋白Ⅰ的生物学特性及作用等研究发展迅速,它参与脂代谢、凝血纤溶系统调节,并与抗磷脂抗体综合征、清除外来异物等有关。此文主要综述β2糖蛋白Ⅰ与病毒性、酒精性、自身免疫性肝脏疾病的关系。
Scientific researches on β2-glycoprotein I have been greatly developed in recent 40 years, unfolding its physiological features and functions, mainly its participation in lipid metabolism, regulation of coagulation and anticoagulation system, its relationship with anti-phospholipid syndrome, clearance of exotic materials. This article reviews its relationship with viral, alcoholic and autoimmune liver diseases.
