介绍了扬声器纸盆的自动化生产设备,研究和设计了一种基于PLC的气动控制回路,实现了对气动元件的自动控制。提高了设备的自动化控制水平和系统的可靠性,确保了工艺的重复性和稳定性。
his paper introduces an automation production equipment of the speaker cone, and researches into the design of a PLC-hased pneumatic control loop. The results show that the pneumatic components can be automatically controlled. The automation control level and system reliability of the eguipment have been improved, as to ensure the craft repetition and the stability.
