摘要
目的研究脂必妥对大鼠实验性高脂血症的调血脂作用。方法采用喂养法建立动物模型,给予不同剂量的脂必妥,4周后取血测定血脂含量。结果脂必妥可明显降低血清总胆固醇和甘油三酯的水平,显著提高血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇。结论脂必妥对大鼠实验性高脂血症有明显的调血脂作用。
Purpose To study the effect of Zhibituo on serum lipid in experimental hyperlipidemia rats. Methods Hyperlipidemia rat model was made by feeding high fat emulsion and treated with different doses of Zhibituo. After 4 weeks, blood lipids were measured respectively. Results Zhibituo could decrease the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride concentration, as well as increase the serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol. Conclusion Zhibituo was effective in modulating the serum lipids in hyperlipidemia rats.
