摘要
介绍了干除渣技术的原理及系统组成。以伊敏发电厂干除渣系统改造为例,分析了干除渣系统对锅炉效率的影响,以及由此产生的经济效益。改造后其锅炉效率提高了0·73%,且节电、节水效益显著。
The paper briefs the principle and system configuration of pnenmatic slag handling technology with the retrofit of pnenmatic slag handling system in Yimin Power Plant as example,the impact of pnenmatic slag handling system on the efficiency boiler as well as the economic benefit produced from this were analyzed.After retrofit,the efficiency of boiler was raised by 0.73% ,also with obvious water-saving and electricity-saving effects attained.
