摘要
为改善环氧树脂柔韧性差,耐蚀性不够理想的问题,对环氧树脂进行有针对性的纳米无机氧化物粉体改性处理,以获得综合性能优良的改性环氧树脂。通过本实验研究表明:在综合考虑改性环氧树脂产物性能和生产成本价格等因素的前提下,采用通用型环氧树脂CYD-127,保证催化剂A加入量合适,加入树脂量15%的纳米无机氧化物粉体N20进行改性,可以得到各方面性能满足要求的改性环氧树脂。
Excellent synthetically performance epoxy resin of modificaition was obtained, by modified treating with existing liquid epoxy resin with inorganic nanoparticle, as a resuh, the problems that flexibility was poor and corrosion resistance was not perfect about liquid epoxy resin were improved. The results showed that using current liquid epoxy resin CYD- 127, ensuring appropriate quantity of catalysis reagent A, and adding inorganic oxide nano- particle N20 15% of epoxy resin quantity, perfect performance moditfued epoxy resin was gained, considering the factor of modified epoxy rosin performance and production cost, ect.
