摘要
分析了基于Altera公司CPLD(复杂可编程逻辑器件)芯片EPM7128SLC84-15进行光栅位移测量的基本原理,以及硬件电路的各个模块——数字滤波、四倍频细分、辨向、计数电路的设计原理和具体电路,给出了CPLD设计的仿真结果,实验结果表明该设计行之有效,该测量仪已经成功应用于某型号的光栅传感器位移测量系统中。与其他设计相比较,该设计电路简单、成本较低、易于升级,并能实现较高的位移测量精度。
This paper analyzes the principle of grating displacement metrical apparatus based on CPLD EPM7128SLC84-15 of Altera company, and introduces the hardware circuit design of digital filtering, four fold-frequency subdivision, discerning direction, counter, and gives the simulation result of CPLD design. The experiment result shows that the design is feasible, the apparatus has been successfully applied to some type of grating sensor displacement measurement system. Compared with other designs, this design has higher grating measuring accuracy, low cost, easier to upgrade and more simple hardware.
