摘要 以NBR硅油为基础油、硅醇为改性剂,选用不同比表面积的纳米二氧化硅制备润滑脂。对润滑脂的贮存安定性、剪切安定性、抗水性、高低温性能特别是流变性能比较研究,结果表明,比表面积越大,润滑脂的贮存安定性、剪切安定性、低温性能和抗水性能上相对越好,纳米二氧化硅比表面积为423 cm2/g时,所制备的润滑脂不具有触变性,非常稳定。 Nano silica with different specific surface area was used to prepare the lubrication grease with N BR silicon oil as base oil and silanol modifier. The storage invariability, shear invariability, colloid invariability and temperature performance of the prepared lubrication grease were investigated. The result shows that the silica with higher surface area has superiority properties. When the specific surface area of nano silica is 423 cm^2/g, the grease has no thixotropy, it is very stable.
