192W 1319nm Nd∶YAG Laser

摘要 采用国产激光二极管泵浦Nd∶YAG晶体,双聚光腔串联,对称直通腔型结构,在LD总泵浦功率1220W时,实现1319nm连续激光输出192W。采用声光调Q,10kHz下,获得调Q输出平均功率155W,脉冲宽度205ns,光-光转换效率达15.7%。 A LD-pumped Nd:YAG laser at the wavelength of 1319nm was developed. By using two laser heads in series the maximum laser output power up to 192W was obtained while the total pumping power is 1220W. Using symmetric linear resonator and the optical-to-optical conversion efficiency up to 15.7%. With two acoustic Q-switch modulating at 10kHz ,the laser power of 155W was achieved with pulse width of 205ns.
