摘要
分析了菏泽发电厂3号机组漏氢量大、氢气纯度低的原因,制定了解决方案,并对发电机转子轴颈磨损采用了电刷镀技术修复,提出了防止漏氢和氢气纯度降低的措施。
The faults of large amount of hydrogen leakage and low hydrogen pureness of Unit 3 in Heze power plant were analyzed in this paper. Related plan was formulated, made technical repair to abrasion of generator rotor shaft journal, and countermeasure to those problems was put forward.
