摘要
目的探讨发生IUGR的相关因素。方法以回顾性分析方法收集2004年1月～2007年1月出生的IUGR病例66例，随机抽取同期出生的66例适于胎龄儿做为对照，比较相关因素的发生情况。结果IUGR组与对照组在分娩方式、胎儿窘迫症、新生儿窒息、妊娠合并贫血等的发生上差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论加强孕期监测、采用适当的分娩方式、积极防治妊高征是减少IUGR发生、改善其预后的关键。
