摘要
目的 观察多潘立酮加阿米替林治疗功能性消化不良的疗效.方法 对48例FD患者随机分为治疗组24例,对照组24例.两组患者均给予多潘立酮治疗,治疗组加用阿米替林治疗.结果 两组患者治疗4周,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.结论 多潘立酮与阿米替林联合使用,可提高治疗FD的疗效,值得临床应用推广.
Objective To study the efficacy of Domperidone Tablets in association with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets in treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD）. Methods Forty -eight patients with FD were randomly dirided into two groups：Domperidone was given to 24 patients in single Domperidone group and Domperidone in association with Amitriptyline were given to 24 patients in united group, Results The curative effecl was significantly better in united group than these in single group after four weeks of treatment. There was statistically significant correlation the different of curative effect between two groups （ p 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It could enhance the curative effect that Domperidone Tablets was given in association with Amitriptyline Hydrochloride Tablets in treanment of funcational duspapsia（FD） ,and it is worth Propularing in clincal work.
