摘要
高职实训基地规范化建设与管理必须按照规范化建设的基本思路与途径,充分利用学院的资源优势进行实训基地的建设,同时要健全以实训中心为核心的基地管理模式,加强双师型实训教师队伍建设和实训教学的教材建设,并将职业道德教育融入实训教育过程中。在二者的基础上进行创新,建立了以科研项目为龙头的实训创新体系。
Standardized construction and management of Vocational Training Base must be standardized in accordance with the basic ideas and approaches, making use of the resources advantages to set up Training Base, at the same time, developing base management model which is around training center, strengthening Double-Training teacher staff and the construction of practice teaching materials, putting professional moral education into training. Based on these two, we can innovate and establish a training innovation system which is led by researches.
