乙丙昔罗中杂质限量检查方法的研究

摘要 目的:探讨薄层层析法(TLC)用于乙丙昔罗中杂质限量检查的效果。方法:以硅胶GF254薄层板为吸附剂,石油醚:乙酸乙酯:冰醋酸(1.0∶0.5∶0.04,v/v)为展开剂,检测波长254nm,比较供试品与杂质斑点的大小和颜色。结果:产品所含杂质量小于1%。结论:该方法可用于乙丙昔罗的杂质限量检查,效果良好。 Objective: To set up a TLC method for the determination of the impurities in efaproxiral.Methods: SG GF254 for thin-layer chromatography was used as the stationary phase;Petroleum ether: acetic ether: glacial acetic acid(1.0 : 0. 5 : 0. 04,v/v)were used as the mobile phase;The UV detection wave was set at UVL 254nm. The size and color of the spot of the production and the impurity on the TLC were Compared. Results: The impurity quantity contained in the product is less than 1%. Conclusion: The method can be ap- plied to the determination of the impurities in efaproxiral.
