摘要
目的:探讨薄层层析法(TLC)用于乙丙昔罗中杂质限量检查的效果。方法:以硅胶GF254薄层板为吸附剂,石油醚:乙酸乙酯:冰醋酸(1.0∶0.5∶0.04,v/v)为展开剂,检测波长254nm,比较供试品与杂质斑点的大小和颜色。结果:产品所含杂质量小于1%。结论:该方法可用于乙丙昔罗的杂质限量检查,效果良好。
Objective： To set up a TLC method for the determination of the impurities in efaproxiral.Methods： SG GF254 for thin-layer chromatography was used as the stationary phase;Petroleum ether： acetic ether： glacial acetic acid（1.0 ： 0. 5 ： 0. 04,v/v）were used as the mobile phase;The UV detection wave was set at UVL 254nm. The size and color of the spot of the production and the impurity on the TLC were Compared. Results： The impurity quantity contained in the product is less than 1%. Conclusion： The method can be ap- plied to the determination of the impurities in efaproxiral.
