摘要
为了精确地测量与调节果库的温度和湿度、提高果库的管理质量,设计了温度与湿度调控智能化系统。采用80C196单片机为主控单元、汇编语言编程,集成电路温度传感器、电容式湿度传感器,多通道巡检、采样,使测温误差控制在±0.2℃、湿度误差在50%~100%的范围内保持良好的线性度。在执行机构中,采用了继电保护,对系统的工作过程实行了数字显示。
In order to measure and adjust the temperature and humidity accurately, made use of natural cold source and improve administrative quality of fruit granary control system of temperature and humidity in fruit granary was developed. The system can advance the control effect of fruit storage. The temperature and humidity of fruit granary were controlled by using assemble language with the 80℃ type single-chip. The error range of temperature was controlled in ±0.2℃, and the linearity of humidity kept in range of 50%-100%. The process was displayed with figure code and printed.
