摘要
离心泵在抽取介质的过程中,容易发生离心泵磨损失效的现象。为此,从理论上阐述了离心泵磨损失效的机理;从砂粒特性、材料金相组织及水泵运行工况角度,分析了影响离心泵磨损失效的各种因素;并结合排灌泵站多年运行实践和维修经验,重点在结构设计、合理选材、表面热处理、非金属涂层防护、合金粉末喷焊和补焊等几个方面,提出了防止离心泵过早磨损失效的技术措施,减少了离心泵过流部分磨损,以提高其有效的使用寿命。
This paper discusses the principles of centrifugal pump wear failure. From the perspectives of grit material characteristics, material microstructure and the pump operating conditions, analysis the various factors of affecting the centrifugal pump wear failure ,combining with practices of many years of operation and maintenance experiences of irrigation and drainage pumping station ,focus on structural design, material choice, surface treatment, non-metallic protective coatings, alloy powder spray and fix welding, putting on technical measures to prevent centrifugal pumps from wearing failure quickly, reduces the wear of flowing parts of centrifugal pumps, enhances their effective life.
