摘要
目的:采用HPLC法测定消斑颗粒中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素含量。方法:色谱柱为D ikm a ODS-C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.025 mol/l磷酸水溶液(30∶70)为流动相,检测波长为246 nm。结果:供试溶液中补骨脂素、异补骨脂素与相邻组分分离度良好,阴性液无干扰。经方法学考察,方法的重复性、稳定性、精密度、回收率试验均符合有关规定。结论:方法简单、快捷、精确,可作为消斑颗粒质量检测方法之一。
Aim To establish a HPLC method for determination of psoralen and isopsoralen in banxiao granule. Methods Dikma ODS- C18 column was used, with 0. 025mol/l H3PO4 solution/ethensol （30：70）as a mobile phase. Absorbance detection wave length was at 246 nm. Results The psoralen and isopsoralen in banxiao granule were baseline separated and determined. Conclusion The method was simple,convenient, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Bbanxiao granule.
