摘要
在播种机试验测定中,性能指标是评价播种机作业质量的根据。通过对玉米单粒(精密)播种机与玉米穴播机性能指标的测定、计算与研究,阐明单粒(精密)播种机与穴播机排种性能指标(粒距合格率、漏播率和重播率)的相同点、不同点及原因,说明在测度值相同条件下,单粒(精播)播种机的漏播率和重播率都小于或等于玉米穴播机的漏播率和重播率;通过对播种精度(粒距平均值、标准差和合格粒距的变异系数)的测度与计算,说明播种精度的判定指标用标准差比较合理。
During testing of seeding-machines, performance indexes are the basis of appraising job quality of the seeding-machines. By testing, calculate and research the performance indexes of mealie single (precision) seeder and socket seeder, the article illuminates the same and different points of the two seeders in performance indexes (up-to-grade rate of spacing, miss rate, re-seeding rate), the reason for it, and explains that given the same test results, the miss rate and re-seeding rate of single (precision) seeder are all not higher than those of mealie socket seeder. By testing and calculating seeding precision (the average of spacing, standard deviation, and variance index of up-to-grade spacing), the article explains that it is rather in reason that standard deviation is used as the index of judging the seeding precision.
