摘要
用气相色谱法定量测定酱腌菜中甲胺磷农药残留量,分析确定该检测过程中不确定度来源,并对其测量不确定度进行探讨,以定量表征测量结果的质量,确定结果的可信度。提出的方法适用于酱腌菜中甲胺磷农药残留量的不确定度评定。
In the paper, the uncertainty of measurement for determination of methamidophos residues in pickled vegetable by Gas Chromatography (GC) was evaluated. According to JJG 1059 --1999, mathematic model of methamidophos resideues was established, possible sources of uncertainty in measurement were analyzed. The branch of uncertainty was found and synthesized by analyzing the uncertain factor in the experimental process. The assessment style of uncertainty is very suitable for determination of methamidophos residues in pickled vegetable.
