摘要
在分析矿山企业物流特征的基础上,运用多目标群决策理论建立矿山物流园选址决策模型,利用模糊有序加权平均(FOWA)算子对各影响因素重要性程度的模糊语言判断信息进行集结,确定权重,最后采用三角模糊数期望值公式对其进行排序,从而得到各候选地址选择的优先顺序,为大型矿山企业物流园选址提供有效的技术方法。
On the basis of analysis of mining enterprises' logistics characters, multi-objective descision-making theory was employed to build up a decision-making model of mining logistics park location and FOWA operator was utilized to aggregate fuzzy linguistic evaluation information of the importance degree of every factor to obtain the weight. The expec- ted values formula of triangular fuzzy numbers was finally carried out to sequence to obtain preferential sequence for the selection of every candidate address. It offered an effective technical method for the location of large mining enterprises' logistics park.
