基于ATV两履带深海钴结壳采矿车工况稳定性仿真研究 被引量:1

Simulation Study to Stability of Working Circumstance where the Two-Pedrail Deep-Sea Cobalt-Crust Mining Vehicle Based on ATV

摘要 利用ADAMS的履带工具箱(ATV)模块可方便地进行履带车辆的动力学分析。本文在ATV提供的坦克模型(Tank.mod)的基础上,增加了螺旋滚筒切削头,建立了深海钴结壳采矿车的多体系统动力学模型。就下列四种情况在硬路面上进行了工作过程动力学仿真:水平路面,15°坡面,0.6m深沟,0.4m高垂直障碍。通过分析,得出采矿车工作时能平稳通过前面三种路况,但是并不能通过0.4m高垂直障碍。 Adams Tracked Vehicle (ATV) module of ADAMS could be conveniently applied to conduct kinetic analysis to pedrail vehicle. Helix roller cutting head was added to the tank model offered by ATV, thus the multi-system kinetic model of deep-sea cobalt-crust mining vehicle was established. The operation course on the below four kinds of hard road surface were conducted kinetic simulation: horizontal surface, slope with 15゜, channel with 0.6m depth and vertical obstacle with 0. 4m height. By analysis, it is concluded that the mining vehicle could smoothly drive on the first to the third road surface, but failed to get across the obstacle with 0.4m height.
