摘要
基于人机工程和先进制造技术发展的背景,首先介绍eM-human的功能特点以及其所涉及到的三个人机工程评价分析方法,然后以某汽车缸盖生产线的一机加工工位为实例,描述在eM-human中实现人机工程仿真与分析的过程,最后讨论eM-human在我国的适应性。
Basing on the background of ergonomics and advanced manufacturing technology. The product features of eM-human and three ergonomics analysis methods adopted by eM-human are introduced first, and then the process of simulation and analysis for ergonomics are shown by taking the manual operation in a certain workcell of a designing product line for autocar engine as an example. At last, the feasibility of eM-human in our country is discussed.
