摘要
通过考虑替代品的影响,建立了对称性高技术企业协作R&D网络的三阶段博弈模型,同时在以企业利润最大化和社会福利最大化为标杆基础上,分析了同质品和异质品市场上对称性高技术企业协作R&D网络的优化条件.分析结果表明,一方面,R&D投入效益与协作联结数目在同质品与异质品市场上分别负相关与正相关;另一方面,不同的市场竞争性质导致不同的网络优化条件,同质品与异质品市场上的优化条件分别是形成中等水平协作与完全协作.
By considering the effects of substitutes, this paper set up a three stage game model of symmetric high - tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks. And the conditions for optimization of symmetric high- tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks in homogeneous and heterogeneous product markets were analyzed based on two benchmarks of maximized enterprises profits and maximized social welfare. The results indicated that, firstly, individual R&D effort effects were negatively correlated to the number of cooperative links in a homogeneous product market, but were positively correlated in a heterogeneous product market; secondly, the nature of market competition resulted in different conditions for networks optimization: for homogeneous product markets, the condition for networks optimization was intermediate level of cooperation, and for heterogeneous product markets , it was complete level of cooperation.
