摘要
由于历史和现状的原因,我国西部教育不仅落后于东部,而且远远低于全国平均水平。由于常规教育的不足,支教成为弥补教育不足的一个重要途径。一方面,政府进行了各种形式的支教活动,力图改善西部教育状况,但由于这种改革模式本身的问题和西部的现状问题,西部教育仍然还很落后;与此同时,一些社会团体、志愿者团体的非政府行为也逐步深入到其中。文章通过对西部支教中的政府性行为与非政府性行为的比较,探索了支教的机制建设。
As the historical and current reason,nowadays the western education of our Country is still very backward.Not only it was lower than the eastern, but also the national average level. Due to the disadvantage of the formal education, supporting the western education is an important way to make up for it. One hand,the government has organized various forms of activities,which of the objectives are try to improve the western education.However,owing to the problems of the reform model itself and the current situations of the western,the westem education is still very backward.The other hand,a number of community groups and volunteer groups has gradually engaged in the volunteer actions. This paper will compare the actions of the government and the no- government organiztions, and explore the institutions how to support the western education.
