摘要
利用上海金山区河道淤泥完全替代黏土生产出的河道淤泥烧结多孔砖,各项性能指标均符合GB13544-2000《烧结多孔砖》要求。本文从河道淤泥的干燥、混合料配合比、生产工艺等方面,介绍河道淤泥烧结多孔砖的关键生产技术。
Fired perforated bricks were manufactured by river sludge instead of clay, corresponding to the requirement of the standard of 'fired perforated brick'(GB 13544- 2000). Key tech- nologies for producing fired bricks by river sludge were introduced in the paper, including the drying of sludge, mix ratio and produc- tion technology etc.
