给20头10日龄犊牛饲喂天然乳(A组),然后其中10头喂以用40%加热处理大豆粉替代的乳(B组),另10头则先后喂以用40%和100%发酵酸化加热处理大豆粉替代的乳(C组)和全代乳(D组),其有机物的表观消化率(%)分别为91.7±6.0,59.8±6.2,68.3±8.8和40.2±11.1;粗蛋白质表观消化率(%)分别为88.1+5.1,34.2+11.3,51.9+15.6和30.4±14.8;粗脂肪表观消化率(%)分别为93.5±7.7,63.4±15.8,77.2±12.4和43.7±15.2,糖的消化率(%)分别为98.2±0.9,87.7±2.3,87.9±4.2和54.7±13.7,而钙的表观消化率(%)分别为91.2±11.1,43.5±15.8,60.2±12.8和-40.4±28.8。本试验表明,将经发酵酸化加热处理的大豆粉作为代乳料饲喂15~25日龄犊牛,可以消除饲喂仅加热处理大豆粉时所引起的腹胀和腹泻现象,动物对这样的代乳料中的糖、脂肪和蛋白质都具有一定的消化能力,但与牛乳相比,被消化量还是较低。然而在钙消化吸收方面。
calves of 10 days were fed with milk(group A),then half of them were fed with 40% heated soybean flour substitute(group B),half were fed with 40% and 100% fermented acitified heated soybean flour (FAHS) successively (groups C and D).Their apparent digestibility(%)of organic materia l was 91.7±6.0,59.8±6.2,68.3±8.8 and 40.2±11.1 respectively;the apparent digestibility (%) of crude protein was 88.1±5.1,34.2±11.3,51.9±15.6 and 30.4±14.8 respectively;the apparent digestibility(%) of crude fat was 93.5±7.7,63.4±15.8,77.2±12.4 and 43.7±15.2 respectively;the digestibility(%) of carbohydrate was 98.2±0.9,87.7±2.3,87.9±4.2 and 54.7±13.7 respectively,the apparent digestibility(%)of calcium was 91.2±11.1,43.5±15.8,60.2±12.8 and -40.4±28.8 respectively. The experiment showed that the protein,fat and carbohydrate of FAHS could be partially but safely digested,but its digestibility was still lower compared with milk.Also the absorption of calcium was problematical.
