摘要
病毒核酸是HBV 和HCV 感染诊断和治疗监测的重要标志物,病毒核酸标准物质是不同实验室间检测结果可比性试剂溯源性、测量程序的评价和质量控制的物质基础。无生物传染危险性且稳定的标准物质的研究是 HBV 和 HCV 核酸检测标准物质的发展方向。
Hepatitis B virus （HBV） DNA and hepatitis C virus （HCV） RNA are important markers for diagnosis and therapy monitoring of HBV and HCV infection. The nucleic acid reference material of the virus is foundation of comparability between different clinical laboratories, traceability of commercial reagent kits, evaluation of measurement procedures and quality control in the clinical practice of HBV DNA and HCV RNA detection. The non-infection and good stability are the targets to develop HBV DNA and HCV RNA reference materials.
