摘要
患者女，14岁。因脐周疼痛1d，转移到右下腹3h，而于2003年3月26日入院。体检：腹部压痛，以右下腹最为明显。临床高度怀疑阑尾炎而行急诊剖腹探奁术。术中见大网膜向右下腹集中，其上散在多数大小不等的黑色斑块，直径0．2—0．4cm。阑尾表面亦可见同样的色素斑块。小肠及肠系膜七可见多数绒毛状黑色赘生物，直径0．2—0．5cm不等。手术切除阑尾，并切除部分大网膜和肠系膜赘生物。
