摘要 观察过氧化物酶体增生物激活物受体γ(PPARγ)激活与基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)对高胆固醇饮食兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块形成的影响,并初步阐明其可能的机制。
