摘要
耦合间歇通风烘焙法是利用建筑装饰材料中的化学物质在高温下更容易挥发的特性,通过提升材料的局部温度来加速建筑装修材料内挥发性有毒有害气体的排出,并在加热期间进行间歇通风的方法。本研究利用板材VOC散发模型与CFD的结合,对烘焙过程中的室内VOC浓度随时间变化和分布进行动态模拟,对最优的烘焙时长和通风时长进行了初步探讨,并与传统烘焙法进行污染物去除效果的比较,为今后烘焙法的实际应用提供了理论依据。
Bake out coupled with intermittent ventilation is one way to accelerate volatile noxious gas removing by raising material temperature and adding intermittent ventilation. It is based on volatile characteristic of chemical substance of building decorated material under high temperature. This study combines VOC emission model with CFD, simulates indoor VOC concentration distribution in the course of bake out dynemicly , discusses optimization of bake out time and ventilation time and compares the removal effects with the traditional method. This study supplies theory basis for further practical application.
