摘要
从酸性矿坑水中分离得到3株细菌S1、S2和S3,经16S rRNA序列分析,S3为氧化亚铁硫杆菌(Thiobacillusferrooxidans)。对S3菌,选取初始Fe2+浓度和初始pH值为影响因子,设计正交试验,通过测定培养过程中pH值、氧化还原电位Eh、Fe2+浓度和总Fe浓度的变化,并计算Fe2+氧化速率,研究初始Fe2+浓度和初始pH值对细菌生长的影响。
Strain S1, S2 and S3 were isolated from acidic mine water. By 16S rRNA sequence analysis, S3 was identified as Thiobacillus ferrooacidans. To evaluate the influence of initial ferrous iron concentration and initial pH, orthogonal test was designed. By monitoring pH, Eh, ferrous iron concentration and total iron concentration and calculating ferrous iron oxidation rate, the influence of initial ferrous iron concentration and initial pH on the growth of T. f S3 was investigated.
