摘要
目的 了解经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）围术期心率、血压、血糖、电解质变化。方法 随机选择在蛛网膜下腔阻滞（SA）下行TURP手术40例,监测并记录术前（基础值）、术中30min、60min及术后1h心率、血压、血糖、Na^＋、K^＋、Cl^-情况。结果心率术中60min与术前比较明显减慢（P〈0.05）,术后1h与术前比较减慢非常显著（P〈0.01）。Na＋术中60min与术前比较显著降低（P〈0.05）,术后1h与术前比较下降非常显著（P〈0.01）。Cl^-术后1h与术前比较下降非常显著（P〈0.01）。血糖术中30min、60min及术后均比术前显著增高（P〈0.01）。结论 TURP围术期血Na＋降低,心率减慢、血糖升高随时间延长改变越显著,应注意监测,加强护理,及时纠正,防止并发症的发生。
Objective Understood the change of heart rate, the blood pressure, the blood sugar, the electrolyte in TURP periooperation period. Methods 40 cavity hinders （SA） aractmoidea downward TURP surgery were selected randomly, and monitored and recorded in front of the operation （the foundation value）, HR, SBP, DBP, GLU, Na^＋ , K ^＋ , Cl^-. with 30, 60 minutes in operation and 1 hour after operation. Results Compared the value in 60 minutes of the operation with these before operation , the HR is slowed obviously （ P 〈 0. 01 ）, Na~ reduced significantly （P 〈0. 05）, Na^＋ in 1 h after operation reduced high significantly with that before operation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The Cl^- in 1 hour after operation compares reduced remarkablely with that before operation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. GLU in 30, 60 minutes increased siginificantly with that after operation （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . Conclusion In TURP perioperation period, Na^＋ reduce, the HR slow-down, the GLU ascension along the time obviously, should pay attention monitoring, strengthen nurse, the prompt correction , prevents the occurrence of complication.
