摘要
南阳石蜡精细化工厂生产微晶蜡的酮苯脱油装置,采用了多项节能新措施,如热蜡循环工艺、用回收溶剂加热原料、用滤液冷却原料、采用滤液循环工艺来降低新鲜溶剂比、提高混合溶剂中甲苯的含量以及优化工艺操作参数等。这些措施的采用使装置综合能耗大幅下降,下降约1200 MJ/t,装置运行的经济效益得到了提高。
A number of new energy-saving measures have been adopted in MEK-toluene deoiling unit in the production of microcrystal wax in Nanyang Wax Fine Chemical Plant, such as application of hot wax recycle process, use of recovered solvent to heat feedstock and filtrate to cool the feed, recycle of filtrate to reduce fresh solvent ratio, increase of toluene in mix solvent and optimization of operation parameters etc. The results are the great energy requirement reduction of 1200 MJ/t and improved profitability of unit operation.
