实时定量PCR快速检测O1群和O139群霍乱弧菌 被引量:4

摘要 根据O抗原的不同,霍乱弧菌可分成200多个血清群,其中仅O1群和O139群能引起暴发流行。霍乱弧菌的检验多以传统细菌培养方法为主,存在操作繁琐、费时费力等缺点。实时PCR以其闭管检测、无需电泳、特异性强、灵敏度高、可定量等优点已广泛用于病原菌的检测,其中包括致病性弧菌的检测,如霍乱弧菌、
