摘要
介绍了JZ-7型机车制动机故障诊断系统的硬件组成和软件设计,指出了该系统的应用效果与前景。该系统可实时检测并显示制动机的工作状态,实现故障报警和故障所在阀件的快速定位,指导机车乘务员迅速排除故障。
This paper introduced the fault diagnosis system's hardware composition and software design of JZ-7 air brake for locomotive,indicated the application effect and foreground of this system.The system can make a real-time detection and show the working condition of the brake,so that it can take fault alarm and fast positioning the valve part with fault,then guide the crew to eliminate the fault rapidly.
