摘要
目的了解城乡籍兵员群体间人格因素的优势与差异,为我军兵员的科学管理提供依据。方法以cat-tellRB16项人格因素问卷(16PF)作为测量工具,测试由专业人员按统一的指导语实施,限定60分钟内完成,超时为无效测试。遵循16PF的标定记分方法和标定公式,在计算出16项根源性人格因素得分的基础上,再分别计算得出4项二级因素和4项综合评估结果。结果在"稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、幻想性、实验性、自律性"7因素上城乡籍士兵群体间具有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。农村籍兵员较之城市籍兵员在"稳定性、有恒性、敢为性、自律性"因素上具有显著优势;城市籍兵员在"敏感性、幻想性、实验性、焦虑性"因素上得分显著高于农村籍兵员。结论城乡籍兵员间人格因素存在群因素差异,在管理中应体现差异性。
Objectives To understand the difference in personality characters between city- and country- soldiers and to provide the references for the scientific management of our soldiers. Methods The Cattell 16 Personality Factor questionaire （16PF） was utilized as the measuring tool. The test was performed under the united direction of the professionals within 60 minutes, and became invalid after that deadline. The questionnaire included 187 items to test the 16 primary personality factors, i.e. warmth, reasoning, emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, rule-consciousness, social boldness, sensitivity, vigilance, abstractedness, privateness, apprehension, openness to change, self-reliance, perfectionism and tension. According to the scoring method and formula of 16PF, the 16 primary personality factors were evaluated and on the basis of these evaluations, 4 global factors, i.e. extraversion, anxiety, tough-mindedness and independence, and 4 synthesized evaluations, i.e. mental health, professional achievements, creativity and flexibility, in the new environment were counted respectively. Results There was significant difference in 7 factors including emotional stability, rule-consciousness, social boldness, sensitivity, abstractedness, openness to change and self-reliance between city- and country- soldiers （P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）. The factors such as emotional stability, rule-consciousness, social boldness and self-reliance in the contry-soldier were significantly better than those in the city-soldier. And the factors such as sensitivity, abstractedness, openness to change and tension in the city-soldiers were significantly over-performed compared to the country-soldiers. Conclusion There is significant difference in the personality characters between city- and country- soldiers. The soldiers should be educated and managed in accordance with their personality characters.
