芒果皮萃取物抑菌成分稳定性探讨 被引量:8

摘要 对芒果皮采用乙醇提取后再用乙酸乙酯萃取得到的萃取物进行抑菌性能研究,抑菌谱测定结果表明,萃取物对小麦纹枯、小麦赤霉和水稻纹枯等病原菌具有很强的抑菌活性;平皿叶片法结果显示,萃取物对水稻纹枯病菌的治疗效果接近于50%多菌灵WP 1000倍液的防效。同时以水稻纹枯病菌为指示菌,研究芒果皮乙酸乙酯萃取物活性成分的稳定性,结果表明,温度对其抑菌活性影响最大,超过40℃抑菌能力明显下降,但80℃后有所回升;经酸、碱处理后萃取物的生物活性没有变化;紫外光照射对其活性没有任何影响;常见金属离子(Na+、K+、Ca2+、Mg2+、Fe2+、Fe3+)除Na+和K+外,对其活性也有一定影响。 The ethyl acetate extract distilling from ethanol crude extracts of mango peel was assayed for its antimicrobial activities. The results showed that the extract had strong antifungal activities against pathogenic fungus such as Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn, Rhizoctonia cerealis vander Hoven, etc. The leaf Petri dish test showed that the therapy effect of the extract was closed to that of 50% carhendazim and WP 1000 times for rice sheath blight control. The extract was also studied for its stability to acid, alkali, temperature, ultraviolet and metal ions. The results showed that the effect of temperature was the highest, the antifungal activities decreased when the temperature is over 40℃, but would be increased again while the temperature is over 80℃. Treated with acid, alkali and ultraviolet, the ethyl acetate still showed high antifungal activities. The other metal ions Ca^2+, Mg^2+, Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ in the solution showed certain effects on antifungal activities of extracts except Na^+ and K^+.
